Most Sydney homes need a clean every 6–12 months. Heavy overhanging trees can mean every 3–6 months; an open block with little leaf fall can go longer. The honest answer is that it depends on your trees and roof, so we help you find your interval rather than sell you a fixed schedule.
Usually not. Guard slows leaves but still lets silt, dust and seeds through, which can clog and rust a gutter worse than leaves alone, and it makes cleaning harder. We only recommend it where heavy trees make regular cleaning impractical, and only on the sections actually collecting leaves.
